Yes.  D-Series automation systems can communicate and control Channel Box in compatibility mode, using the D-Series Chyron Duet driver.  This will give users the ability to recall scenes, update controls within the Channel Box control panel and trigger actions within the scene.

More robust support for Channel Box's extended set of Intelligent Interface B-Commands is currently under development by Harris.
