As a Software Engineer on the Axis development team, you will participate in developing a web based system for graphics creation and asset management.

Candidates must have a strong background in developing web based applications and must thrive in an open, collaborative, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with (and enthusiasm for) agile practices, continuous integration, retrospectives, test and domain driven development are big pluses.

Qualifications / Experience

• Strong coding and design and architecture skills in Object-Oriented Programming using C# and asp.net.
• Experience with the following technologies: .NET, SQL and SQL server, XML, JavaScript, ActionScript, COM, HTTP and NServiceBus (a plus).
• A minimum of 3 years of development experience in developing web based applications using C# and asp.net.
• Have a proven track record developing commercial products in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Must be a self starter.
• Must work well in a small development group and collaborate and work well with other departments including Product Management and SQA.
• BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
